SingleStep builds and invests across two distinct markets: financial technology and property development. The convergence of these seemingly separate worlds - one digital, one physical - reveals opportunities that others often miss.
Starting in 2008, I found myself at the intersection of these two domains. In London, I was building deep expertise in financial technology and payments, while simultaneously building a successful portfolio investing back in Irish Real Estate.
There was no grand plan or outside funding - just a willingness to learn and a drive to build. Each deal was self-funded, each lesson learned firsthand. This bootstrap mentality forced me to understand both worlds from the ground up, and the drive to keep building kept us moving forward.
As SingleStep has grown, these parallel paths have evolved into a clear investment strategy: Finding exceptional opportunities in both digital innovation and physical assets.
Today, SingleStep takes a hands-on approach in both markets. In property development, we identify promising projects, manage their development, and create lasting value through careful execution. We look for undervalued assets where focused improvements and long-term management can create substantial returns.In fintech, we both build our own ventures and invest in existing companies, bringing operational expertise and industry connections to help them grow.
