Exciting project coming up in Shanakiel

We are really excited about our upcoming project in Shanakiel.

Shanakiel is a leafy, mature area of Sundays Well, located in one of the older parts of Cork City that's affluent and appealing to families.

We have secured a sizable 4-bedroom detached house that was initially built in the 1960s and is in need of significant refurbishment and attention.

The potential of this property is significant. The property sits on a sizable plot, and the proportions of each room in the house are generous, to say the least.

Our goal with this project is to completely renovate it into a modern spec house. All systems will be replaced, and the property will become energy-efficient, with top-end finishes used.
